3. Payment Terms
Payment Structure: Payments for services may be charged on an hourly, fixed-rate, or retainer basis, depending on the scope of work.

Jordan Planner retains the right to use project samples for portfolio or marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
Jordan Planner is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
We are not responsible for any loss of data, business interruptions, or other negative outcomes resulting from the client’s use or misuse of our services or information.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with [X] days' notice in writing.
If the client chooses to terminate the agreement before completion of services, they will be required to pay for any services rendered up until the termination date.
If Jordan Planner terminates the agreement, the client will be refunded for any uncompleted services.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action.

Overview
Jordan Planner does not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for its digital products. All sales are considered final after payment is received, purchased content has been successfully delivered and downloadable content has been downloaded.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or refunded such as the ones on Jordan Planner due to their digital nature.
Refunds
Digital downloadable products such as the ones on Jordan Planner cannot be returned or refunded.
Sale Items
Sale items cannot be refunded.
